ALTERATIONS
Sorry no alterations are available on our items. We have to make these in large batches all the same to be able to offer this high level of quality at these low price points.
LEAD-TIME
To maintain the lowest possible price, our furniture is NOT IN STOCK and is MADE AFTER YOU ORDER. Lead-time varies from 1 to 12 weeks depending on our backlog, the pieces you order and when you order. Please inquire with the piece(s) you are interested in for a quote.
PAYMENT
Place the item(s) you want to purchase in the cart and commit to buy. We accept virtually all forms of payment through secure PayPal Checkout. We require payment in full for the furniture at the time of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: We can only ship to the address that PayPal gives us so please make sure that your "ship to" address is up to date and correct BEFORE making your payment. Request to change your shipping address after payment has been sent will not be accepted. After we receive your payment we will send you an Order Confirmation showing receipt of payment and order details.
SHIPPING
We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all of our furniture! All orders must be packed and shipped by us. Furniture ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. Sorry no international shipping or shipping to P.O. Boxes, physical addresses only. Free shipping includes crating, curbside delivery with liftgate by appointment, insurance and tracking. Due to the labor shortage no inside deliveries are available at this time. Buyer is responsible to unpack and carry the furniture inside. A 26 foot or larger truck must be able to safely access your address at the curb on a paved road and be able to turn around after making the delivery. If you're not sure if your address is accessible please message us your address BEFORE ordering and we will confirm with the carrier.
RETURNS
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, return the furniture to us in its original packaging and condition freight prepaid within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. You must contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of delivery.
